Online shop – Terms & Conditions
The following conditions apply to all sales made at www.blabershall.co.uk.

It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By clicking ‘Checkout’ you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and that the person collecting or receiving the goods is over the age of 18.

Orders placed on the website may only be shipped to UK addresses. We do not currently send products overseas

All orders must be paid by credit card or debit card or PayPal.

We endeavour to despatch all online purchases within 5 working days but we cannot make any guarantees regarding delivery dates.

If we send any items to you, we will charge a postage and packing fee depending on the type of items in your order.

All sales from this website are subject to English law.

We reserve the right not to accept an order. We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.

All prices in pound sterling are inclusive of UK VAT at the rate current at the date of the order.

We reserve the right to alter/amend prices, offers, goods and specification of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. We reserve the right to alter/amend prices at any time.

Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only; we reserve the right to amend the end date at any time during the offer period.

Wines purchased from Blabers Hall Wine Estate are for the customer’s own use only (which may include their use as gifts for third parties). Wines may not be re-sold or otherwise used for commercial purposes.

We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.

Any products with a seal, where the seal is broken are excluded from our “goodwill” returns policy. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights (for example, if they are not fit for purpose or not as described).

If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.

Vineyard Tours
Booking & participation on a vineyard tour at Blabers Hall Wine Estate is subject to the following Terms & Conditions;

​Full payment for the tour must be made in advance.

If you cannot attend a booked tour we require a minimum of 7 days notice – we will provide alternative dates for rebooking. Those failing to attend a booked tour without giving notice will not be entitled to a refund.

We do not accept under 18's on our Vineyard Tours & Tastings. We reserve the right to ask for Proof of Age ID.

Blabers Hall Wine Estate reserves the right to cancel a tour. This will only happen in exceptional circumstances. Those with pre-booked places will be offered a choice of alternatives dates. If none of these dates are acceptable, we will offer a full refund.

We are a working vineyard/farmland – we will not accept any responsibility for damage or injury resulting from inappropriate attire or behaviour.

We do not accept responsibility for any food & drink allergies/reactions where we have not been notified in advance of specific requirements.

If you wish to change or reschedule your booking 7 days notice will be required. No refunds will be made if you wish to cancel. If rescheduling you will be offered available dates before our season ends. No bookings can be carried over to the next year/season.

Gift Vouchers
The use of gift vouchers is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are non-refundable.

Our gift vouchers include unique codes and can be redeemed as full or part payment for online order or event tickets.

A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase a further gift voucher.

When ordering a gift voucher online, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the gift voucher.

Wine shop offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.

The gift voucher must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher.

Where tours are purchased with a gift voucher, monies owing will be refunded by a gift voucher and not cash.

We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

The Voucher Holder shall have the right to cancel an advance booking but shall not be entitled to a refund. If the Voucher holder requests an alternative date/time, we shall make reasonable efforts (subject to availability) to rearrange the Voucher holder’s Booking but shall not provide any guarantee to this effect

Should it be necessary to cancel or change your booking we require a minimum of 7 days notice.
