Sparkling Sips: Bubbles & Bites Edition Please arrive no more than 10 mins before your booked time - thank you. Guests will enjoy eight curated 40ml servings across four of our Sparkling estate whites and rosés, each paired with a delicious selection of bites - think cheese & charcuterie, chocolate‑dipped fruits, olives, sundried tomatoes, biscuits and sweet treats, all chosen to complement the sparkling wines perfectly, the sessions includes a gentle wander through the vines to soak up the season. Come sip, sparkle & savour with us at the vineyard ✨ What to expect • Four Sparkling estate wines: crisp whites & delicate rosés • Eight tasting pours (40ml each) • Beautiful seasonal sharing plates • Vineyard wander • Wine Shop open after the event • Approx. 2‑hour experience Please note: Due to the nature of the pairings, we are unable to offer vegetarian, gluten-free, or nut-free alternatives for this event. Children and Dogs Wine tasting is strictly 18+ (Please note we operate a Challenge 25 policy so please bring photographic ID). Please note dogs are not allowed at this event. Health and Safety Visitors must follow any instructions given by your Tour Guide, and read our Health & Safety procedures which is on display in the Tasting Room & Cellar Door. However, everyone is responsible for their own safety. We do have CCTV in operation at the vineyard. Photos Please take lots of photos! And remember to tag us in any social media posts. Car Parking We have plenty of free parking. Customers are welcome to leave cars overnight for collection the next day. Group Bookings For parties of 16+ please email adele.adams@blabershall.co.uk so we can find a suitable date and book you in. Please note: This experience is not our standard Wine Tasting & Tour (with or without a glass of Fizz). However, gift cards can be redeemed against the value of our Sips Events at £45, £58, £90, or £116 (depending on your voucher value). A glass of our fizz can be purchased on the day.
