Bright ruby with a vibrant nose of redcurrant and elderberry, offering a hedgerow freshness with subtle floral lift.
On the palate it is smooth and gently layered. Lightly oaked which adds a touch of depth without overpowering the fruit. Ripe elderberry and cherry lead the way, supported by soft tannins and a hint of sweet spice.
Clean and balanced, with lingering notes of cherry skin and warming spice.
Ideal with roast  pork or duck, or nutty cheeses
